Au Fil du Temps specialises in local, traditional dishes. Our ‘A la Carte’ and set menus offer an extensive choice of local products cooked following the French tradition of Bistrot.
We use a traditional rôtissoire to cook our meats and for special orders (with 48 hours notice). This method of cooking allows products to cook slowly preserving all of the flavour. Our roasted meats are accompanied by gratin dauphinoise and vegetables. We also offer a selection of fine french wines to complement your meal.
The Bistrot “Au Fil du Temps” is closed on Sunday evenings, Wednesdays all day and Thursday evenings.
